From my apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic, I combined technical and professional expertise with training, by training apprentices. As a licensed coffee shop restaurateur, I managed a restaurant and then ran sports centres for more than 15 years as a fitness instructor and a graduate of the federal adult trainer’s certificate.

Holder of two certifications in project management, Swiss and international, I was able to put my skills in team management and customer relationship management to the benefit of multinationals in the Lake Geneva region.
Wishing to exercise a profession in adequacy with my personal development, I became a “personal trainer”, validating this experience by also obtaining a diploma as a sports coach, expert in food and nutrition.
With this double profile, field skills and theoretical knowledge, I want to be able to inspire those who are looking for their orientation, to show them that everything is possible !

As a learner and trainer, I know how to adapt to different student profiles by using some of my sports coaching techniques to help them prepare mentally and learn. The game combined with step-by-step work sequences make it possible to set up a tailor-made program, which goes from identifying blocks to unlocking them and then acquiring knowledge.
Very attentive, I am in interactivity and support, so that the efforts made lead to success: that of the student who progresses and that of the trainer who rejoices in his success. I want to be able to act for the children of today who will be the adults of tomorrow.
My background is proof that perseverance and commitment are the keys to success.
